"They don’t wanna give you the sauce u ask for so at the window you can pay after asking and waiting and I had to ask twice at the window like they forgot make sure the give you ur straws also but then again u may have to wait ten minutes .. Many are young that work there and it’s the principal of risk versus reward meaning what’s best for the team/coworkers and the customers . One thing many people do is look at you knowing u need something and the other person that was supposed to be helping you has got tied up but they are not going to for what ever personal reason. To avoid all this would it not served everyone and the long drive threw window behind me better to just give me a sauce I did ask for it before I paid it would be different but f I had just was like I need to buy sauce. All I’m saying is they are mostly young and needs lessons and directions on teamwork to be able to lead by example and not be selfish . What is best for everyone? How can I help my team? lol"

"It's almost 9:30 at night and we asked for a stack of napkins and we got this huge stack of napkins. Also they have these cool new boxes."

"We traveled from Florida to Louisiana...a day before the hurricane...to be with family. The day of the hurricane we needed to grab a quick bite on our way to shelter from the storm. Raising Cane's to the rescue! We were grateful to see that they were open, and serving hot, yummy chicken dishes before a storm! Thank you!"

"This location used to be one of the weaker Cane's locations in town when they first opened, but now it's consistently serving fast, hot meals. Everything is always just like you order it, and the staff is always courteous and friendly. The whole place is always clean, and you never find a mess left on a table--they're on it quick and keep things tidy. UPDATE: More than a year after my original review, still spectacular. Just remarked during dinner here how this is one of the few places where the food you’re served is every bit as delicious as it looks in the menu photos."
